Miscellaneous permissions crap

1. Backtagging: Go for it, I'm perfectly happy to keep threads going for a couple of weeks at a time. If it's getting to be closer to a month, or if there's something going on that requires us to "get on with it", just contact me and we'll work something out.

2. Threadjacking/threadhopping: Open posts I'm generally fine with it, unless it's clearly a private conversation happening. It's always a good idea to send me and any other mun involved an IM or something to make sure, though.

Generally, if you're not sure, just ask. I'm happy to chat it up and work things out.
